Frequently Asked Questions

We will start a wait list as the unit types become unavailable. At this time, we are currently filling units. Call the office for a short interview and from there we can schedule an in-person application. We do not have applications available online. Applications are by appointment only.

No, at this time, management is only accepting applications during a scheduled in-person appointment.

Your in-person application appointment can take up to 90 mins to complete.

The time it takes for an application to process can vary. It usually takes 2 to 5 weeks, after you submit all required information before we notify you whether or not you're approved. You can help the process move more swiftly if you come to your application appointment with all required documents and notify your current and past residences in the last 3 years to expect to be contacted regarding a rental reference. The longer it takes for 3rd parties to respond to request for verifications, the longer it will delay the processing of your application.

You will have to reschedule your application appointment if you show up without the following:

  • All adult applicants 18 and older, that will reside in the household, must be present.
  • Current government issued photo ID for all adults.
  • Social Security Cards for all members of the household (adults and minors).
  • Birth Certificates for all minors that will reside in the household.
Your application will take less time to process if you also show up with the following:
  • All income and asset information for your household, such as current social security benefit letters, the last 6 consecutive pay checks if currently employed, ATM receipt for EBT/Cash/SS Debit Cards
  • All addresses and contact information for all residences in the past 3 years.
  • If you have been living with a friend or relative who owns the property you have been residing at, you must provide two pieces of third party verification for each year that you were living with a friend or relative. Third party verification includes the following, which has your name, address and the date: utility bills, bank or credit card statements, bills or loan statements, or W-2s. It does not mean an envelope mailed to you or a letter addressed to you.

The application fee for Plymouth Avenue Apartments is $10 per adult with a maximum fee of $20. Your application fee is non-refundable. We only return application fees in the rare occurrence that the apartment you have applied for is rented to someone who filled out an application before you.
